The Neurospine Institute is located in San Francisco, California and is directed by Dr. Bruce McCormack, a board-certified neurosurgeon with subspecialty training in spine surgery.
Dr. McCormack completed medical school training at Columbia University Physician’s and Surgeons School of Medicine in 1986 and surgical internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York in 1987. He then completed neurosurgery training at New York University Medical Center in 1993. Dr. McCormack completed two spine surgery fellowships at the University of Florida and University of New Mexico in 1994. From 1994-1998, Dr. McCormack was on staff and director of the Neurospinal surgery service at U.C.S.F Medical Center in San Francisco.
